Awesome product, except they listed them as 12" and only sent a 10" pair of boots. I called and was told, 'well, the 10" and 12" are the same price.' I was going to send them back, but go find another pair of size 7 Purple boots in the middle of the coldest winter in history - nothing available anywhere! So, I kept them. They are really nice, but, jeez, they should have told me they didn't have what I ordered instead of sending me something different as if I wouldn't notice. I have more than 4 brains thank-you-very-much. However AMAZON to the rescue - they sent me a certificate for a discount and since I do buy frequently here, I'm happy.
